What we collect and why.

What you send us
When you ask for a quote, we receive what you type into the form: your name, company, address, phone number, email, the job site, dates and a description of the work. For an aerial lidar quote we also receive the boundary you draw or upload and the acreage and price it produced.
What we use it for
To price the job, contact you about it, and do the work if you hire us. We keep requests as business records. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts this site, stores the requests sent through it, and checks that a form was filled in by a person and not a bot.
- Resend delivers the emails about your request, to us and to you.
- Pushover sends an alert to our phone when a request is marked urgent.
- Google shows our ads and measures which ones lead to requests and calls, as described below.
- Mapbox provides the satellite map, the address search and the driving distance on the quote page. It receives the addresses you search for and the location of your site.
Each of these companies handles the information under its own privacy policy and only to provide its service to us.
Advertising and how we measure it
We advertise on Google. To know which ads bring us work, this site uses the Google Ads tag, which sets cookies in your browser and tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads sends a quote request or calls us. Google receives the fact that a request was sent and its reference number. We do not send Google your name, email, phone number or the contents of your request.
When you arrive from an ad, your browser also keeps the ad's click ID, campaign and search keyword for up to 90 days. If you then send a request, those details go with it, so we can see which ad it came from and, if you hire us, report the job to Google as a result of that ad.
Visitors who arrive from an ad may see a Google forwarding number instead of ours. It rings our phone; Google records the call's time, length and caller area code so the call is counted. We do not record calls.
You can turn off personalized ads at myadcenter.google.com, and block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site and its forms work the same either way.
